Multidimensional Order Report

vMAPS offers extensive reporting tool for capturing order performance across dimensions like time, distribution region, product classification etc. Some of the critical reports are listed below:
Comparison report – There are mainly three multi-dimensional order comparison reports available.
  • Comparison by distribution region – Gives a comparison trend line for orders across various distribution regions over time. You can export the chart and report data for further analysis.
  • Comparison by style – Gives a comparison trend line for orders across various styles over time. You can export the chart and report data for further analysis.
  • Comparison by distributor account – Gives a comparison trend line for orders across various distributor accounts over time. You can export the chart and report data for further analysis.

Detailed Order Line Report

This report gives you a global view of all orders submitted by your distributor accounts. You can get a summary and comprehensive view of order down to the level of size matrix-wise. You can also filter the orders by product attributes at the granular level. You can select some or all the order headers and get all the order line details exported into raw excel data for further analysis. A similar feature is available for forecast orders also.

Order Report

Top 10 order report gives you top 10 aggregated order values for various dimensions
There are mainly three multi-dimensional top 10 reports available.
  • Top 10 Classification – Gives the top 10 merchandising classifications sorted by order amount in a bar chart format over a period. You can export the chart and report data for further analysis.
  • Top 10 Distributor account – Gives the top 10 distributor accounts sorted by order amount in a bar chart format over a period. You can export the chart and report data for further analysis.
  • Top 10 Style – Gives the top 10 styles sorted by order amount in a bar chart format over a period. You can export the chart and report data for further analysis.
  • Detailed order line report
    This report gives you a global view of all orders submitted by your distributor accounts. You can get a summary and comprehensive view of order down to the level of size matrix-wise. You can also filter the orders by product attributes at the granular level. You can select some or all the order headers and get all the order line details exported into raw excel data for further analysis. A similar feature is available for forecast orders also.
  • Order vs Sales Report
    You can get a consolidated view of Order vs Sales at the various levels of the distribution channel. This report has two parts to it.
  • Order vs Sales OLAP Grid report – Point of sales data is aggregated at the corporate level. PoS data can be mapped to a shipment number which in turn can be assigned to a Purchase order number. In this report, you can drill up or down store, product category and time dimensions to get either an aggregated or granular view of ordered quantity, received quantity and sold quantity
  • Order vs Sales graphical report – This gives a graphical depiction of total order vs total sales for selected styles over the period. You can export the chart and report data for further analysis.
  •  Consolidated Catalogues Export Report
    This report gives an option to export some or all catalogues into a flattened excel format. In this report, you can have one consolidated excel containing details of all or selected catalogues.

Miscellaneous Reports

These reports assist you in day to day operational activities. It is divided into two sections.

Other Reports – There are five reports as follows

  • User mapping report – It gives an excel report with distributor users along with their catalogue access mapping and price mapping data. You can choose the fields you want.
  • MoQ Report – It gives an excel report with all minimum order quantity setup data. You can select the fields you want.
  • Budget Setting Report – It provides an excel report with the budget setting data. You can choose the fields you want.
  • Brand Setting Report – It gives an excel report with all the brands defined in the system. You can choose the fields you want.
  • Product Price Report – it gives an excel report with all prices for various price types. You can select the fields you want.

Exception Reports – There are six reports as follows

  • Distributor without 1st level mapping – It gives an excel report with all distributors not mapped to any brand. You can choose the fields you want
  • Distributor without price mapping – It gives an excel report with all distributors not mapped to any price type. You can choose the fields you want
  • Products without price data – It gives an excel report with products having no price data. You can select the fields you want
  • Brands without Logo Image – It provides an excel report with brands having no image. You can choose the fields you want
  • Catalogues without cover image – It gives an excel report with catalogues having no cover image. You can choose the fields you want
  • Products without Image – – It provides an excel report with products having no image. You can choose the fields you want
